- “Content” means all data, text, files, and information uploaded or generated by Users
3. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
- Use the Service on behalf of a business or professional activity (unless otherwise stated)
4. Account Registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
- You are responsible for all activities conducted through your Account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
5. Use of the Service
You agree not to:
- Use Axirom for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service
- Upload malicious code or interfere with platform security
- Infringe intellectual property or data protection rights
Axirom is provided for business productivity, CRM, workflow, and operational management purposes only.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
- Some features require a paid Subscription
- Prices, billing cycles, and features are displayed on the website or app
- Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable, unless required by law
- We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
7. Free Trials
- Free trials (if offered) are provided on a limited-time basis
- We reserve the right to modify or withdraw trial access at any time
- Abuse of free trials may result in account restriction
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in Axirom, including but not limited to:
- Software
- Branding
- Design
- Logos
- Documentation
remain the exclusive property of Teoq Ltd.
Users retain ownership of their own uploaded Content.
9. User Content & Data
- You retain full ownership of your data
- You grant us a limited licence to process data solely for providing the Service
- We do not sell your data
Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Availability & Service Changes
- We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Maintenance, updates, or outages may occur
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service
11. Disclaimer
Axirom is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be error-free
- Results generated will meet specific business, financial, or legal outcomes
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Teoq Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Teoq Ltd from claims arising out of:
- Your misuse of the Service
- Breach of these Terms
- Violation of applicable laws
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access:
- If you breach these Terms
- If required by law
- For non-payment
Upon termination, access to the Service will cease, and data may be deleted in accordance with our retention policy.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
